What is Starprise?
Starprise is a marketplace where you can buy personalized video “Starprise video” for special occasions and everyday moments from your favorite talents.
How much does it cost for a Starprise video?
The cost of a Starprise video is set individually by each of the talents in the Starprise Marketplace; therefore, the price will vary depending on which talent you’d book! The price is shown on the talent’s booking page when making your request. Talent can change their price at any time, however, you will be charged the price in effect when you send your booking request for a Starprise video.
How do I buy a Starprise video?
All of our talents can be found on our website, to buy a Starprise video just search, pick your favorite talent, fill out the request form, and click the “book now” button. You can use your credit/debit card to pay for the video. We will put a temporary authorization hold on your card until your request is fulfilled and your video is completed.
How many characters are available in making a request?
All Starprise requests have a limit of 280 characters.
Can I update my request after I already booked a Starprise video?
Yes! You can edit or cancel your request at any time before your Starprise video has been completed. Just send us an email to email@example.com with your request number and the changes you want to make.
How long will my Starprise video request take to be completed?
We give our talents up to seven days to fulfill requests. If your request isn’t fulfilled within seven days, it will expire, and the temporary hold on your debit/credit card will be released.
Am I guaranteed that the talent I select will make my requested Starprise video?
While we make it our top priority that all requested Starprise videos are fulfilled, it is possible that your request could get declined or expire after seven days. All talent has the option to accept or decline any request at their own discretion.
How will I receive my Starprise video once it’s completed?
A link to download the video will be sent to the email that you provided when you requested your Starprise video, you can also login to your profile at any time to watch and download all your completed Starprise videos.
Can I download and keep my Starprise video?
Yes. It’s super easy! Your Starprise video can be downloaded via the link we emailed you, or you can login to your profile to watch or download your video directly at any time. You have a non-commercial and personal license to use it forever and share it with whomever, subject to the Terms of Service.
When will I be charged for my Starprise video?
When you place a request, we will put a hold on your credit/debit card as an authorization. Your debit/credit card will be charged as soon as the Starprise video is completed. If your request has expired or been declined, the authorization will be released. Depending on your bank, it may take up to seven days for the hold to be removed.
What if I have already been charged, but haven’t received my Starprise video yet?
We only put a pre-authorization hold on your credit/debit card. This is to ensure funds are available when talent fulfills your request within seven days. If it’s been over seven days and you haven’t received your video, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
